How do you pray now?
Think about the way you pray. Typically, you bow your head, and possibly place your hands before your heart. Maybe you kneel. Beyond that, your body has little involvement in prayer. In Christian yoga, your mind and body work together, as you lift up your prayers to God through strength, stillness and submission. Just think how much more powerful this will make your prayers!

Prayer can be difficult in today’s fast-paced world. When our minds are racing and earthly obligations nag for our attention, it is easy to lose focus. The practice of yoga teaches us how to filter out these distractions and just be still, so we can hear what God wants us to hear.
